For the annual SAP LeanIX P&E Summit 2025, Studio Excite delivered a comprehensive 3-day international event experience for 420 employees from around the world, far beyond a traditional conference format. Designed as an internal flagship event, the summit had the goal of strengthening alignment, collaboration and innovation across teams and regions.
The agenda featured keynote sessions, client talks, a collaborative hackathon with a team challenge that culminated in a dedicated award ceremony, as well as two evening events, one of them fully themed.
A central design element were the two custom-built stage concepts, which translated the event’s overarching motto into a strong visual identity. One of the most memorable highlights for the tech-savvy crowd was to play Mario Kart live on that 12-meter-wide LED screen on the second evening.
Studio Excite was responsible for the full scope of event management, overseeing all conceptual, technical and logistical aspects and ensuring a seamless execution across multiple locations, formats and program elements.
